Vivienne is a qualified therapeutic counsellor, and for the past six years has focussed upon her specialist subject of emotional health and well-being; she enjoys helping people understand themselves and in turn better understand others.
During her professional presentation she draws from many learned psychology teachings and concepts, many ‘gems of wisdom’, making these interesting, understandable and entirely relevant to all of our lives. In essence her talk helps enable everyone to be more emotionally aware. To be more at peace with self and others. And most importantly she helps us understand why we think as we do. Her talk may even help clarify an issue you are currently struggling with. She hopes so.

Vivienne’s Workshop is a greater and more thorough and in-depth version of the Taster Talk described above. Aside from the learning element there is an opportunity to consider self and others known only to us that may or maybe not affecting us whether professionally, socially or domestically.
An opportunity to learn and explore issues that may be troubling you. Vivienne’s workshops help all to more fully understand and is entirely relevant to all our lives, in essence why we think as we do. She focusses upon on issues such as; What things motivate us, our personal tone and behaviour, do we play emotional mind games and what is our self-esteem based upon and much more.
